The main requirements of vacuum pumps on waste disposal vehicles are short evacuation time, low weight, high reliability and environmental compatibility. Low-noise operation is of particular importance, especially on vehicles working in municipal areas.

The SIHI liquid ring vacuum pump range combine proven technology with the most modern designs of magnetic couplings. The unique range of Sterling SIHI leakproof vacuum pumps make it possible to handle gas not only economically, but in a manner friendly to the environment, as there is no gland leakage path to atmosphere.
SIHI Pumps completed its development and launched the SIHI LPHX range of single and two stage liquid ring vacuum pumps and compressors.
