RAPID Web only works with Internet Explorer 6 or higher.

When you have problems connecting to RAPID Web download and install the installation file for the Remote Desktop Web Connection in the language which is installed on you computer from the Microsoft web site. Manually extract the files from C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\TSWeb\msrdp.cab into the folder C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\PLUGINS.

When Windows XP Service Pack 3 (SP3) is installed this already includes the ActiveX control and installs it by using the Mstscax.dll file. By default, this ActiveX control is disabled in Windows XP Service Pack 3 (SP3) - need to be enabled.If not found, follow these steps to install Microsoft Terminal Services Client Control Redist (ActiveX):

• Open Control Panel click Add or Remove Programs, and then click Add/Remove Windows Components.
• Click Internet Information Services, and then click Details.
• In the Subcomponents of Internet Information Services list, click World Wide Web Service, and then click Details.
• In the Subcomponents of World Wide Web Service list, select the Remote Desktop Web Connection check box, and then click OK.
• In the Windows Components Wizard, click Next. Click Finish when the wizard has completed.

If computer is accessing the RAPID Web behind a firewall and unable to launch Rapidweb: The client must be able to use Port 3389 (RDP) and access Host w26.sterlinge.biz.
